摘要:
伊朗AHWAZ油田AS组为疏松砂岩油藏,生产过程中出砂严重,化学防砂不适合该地区产量高、井筒内生产压差大的情况。根据工具的施工参数,优化了膨胀管结构,形成了条形缝交错均布的膨胀基管布局;研制了配套的大通径环状卡瓦悬挂封隔器、分体固定式胀锥系统及送入工具,形成了膨胀筛管防砂完井技术工具配套。经在AHWAZ区块11口出砂井中应用,防砂效果明显,原油平均出砂量接近于0,日均产油超过500 t。膨胀筛管防砂技术能满足AS储层防砂要求,可在几乎不影响产量的情况下实现有效防砂,保证了油井高产、稳产,为其他出砂油田提供技术支撑。
Abstract:
The AS formation of AHWAZ Oilfield in Iran is a loose sandstone reservoir, and sand production is serious during production process. Chemical sand control is not suitable for this region because of high production and large pressure difference in the wellbore. According to the operating parameters of the tool, the structure of expandable pipe has been optimized to form the cross and even distribution of strip fractures. The supporting packers with long diameter annular slip suspension, split fixed expandable cone system and feeding tools have been developed, forming a set of matching tools for completion technology with expandable sand screen. It has been applied in 11 sandproducing wells in AHWAZ Block, and the sand control effect was obvious. The average sand production of crude oil was close to 0, and the average daily oil production was over 500 t. The sand control technology of expandable screen can meet the sand control requirements of AS formation, and achieve effective sand control with almost no impact on production, which ensures high and stable production of oil wells and provides technical support for other sandproducing oilfields.
