摘要:
哈萨克斯坦盐下油田水平井H8×井油管及油套环空均出现堵塞,解堵修井存在井控风险。使用连续油管作业,制定磨铣钻通后再采用高压水力喷射工具清理残余堵塞物的方案,经过喷嘴优选和井下工具串优化,确定适用的钻磨工具串和高压冲洗工具串。通过连续油管钻磨和高压冲洗两种工艺交替作业,使H8×井恢复产量30 t/d,成功解除油管内堵塞,达到预期作业目的和复产效果。该工艺为盐下油田躺井大修复产提供了基础方案和可借鉴的经验。
Abstract:
For horizontal Well H8× of the undersalt oilfield in Kazakhstan, the tubing and tubingcasing annular were both blocked. There will be some risk for well control when plug removal workover is conducted. Considering the situation above, coiled tubing was used. The plan of cleaning up the residual plugs with highpressure hydraulic jetting tools after the plug drilled through was made. Through nozzle and downhole tool series optimization, the suitable drillinggrinding tool series and highpressure flushing tool series were determined. The two processes alternated between coiled tubing drilling and highpressure flushing, which made the production return to 30 t/d, removing plugs successfully, and achieving the expected operation purpose. This technology provides a basic plan and a reference experience to undersalt oilfields for well repair or production recovery.
