摘要:
为计算磨损套管剩余强度,采用有限元分析方法,通过对标准套管进行屈曲分析求出特征值,引入特征值计算结果进行非线性分析,计算得到套管强度,并与API标准值进行对比,得到套管抗内压强度误差为0264%,抗外挤强度误差为0013%,验证了有限元分析方法的可行性和准确性;通过引入屈曲特征值进行磨损套管塑性变形分析,建立了磨损套管的剩余强度分析方法,对1937mm×127mmP110套管发生1mm、3mm和5mm月牙形磨损时套管剩余强度进行分析计算。DY7井实际应用表明,该计算结果可靠,能够满足后续作业对井筒承压能力的要求,为施工提供决策依据。
Abstract:
To calculate the remaining strength of worn casing, using the finite element analysis method, we first calculated the eigenvalue of standard casing through buckling analysis, then conducted nonlinear analysis to estimate the casing strength, and compared with the API value, and finally we got the error of the internal pressure strength is 0264%, and the error of the external collapsing strength is 0013%. The results have proved that finite element analysis is effective and feasible. After introducing the buckling eigenvalue for plastic deformation of worn casing, we established a method for analyzing the residual strength of worn casing, and used it to analyze the residual strength of the P110 casing (127 mm, 1937 mm) with 1 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm crescent wears. Application in Well DY7 indicates that the calculated result is reliable, and can meet the requirements of subsequent operation on the pressure capacity of the wellbore. The result provided a basis for making the decision on subsequent operation.
