摘要:
渤海Q油田P8井产量较低,采用电潜泵举升时因地层供液不足、井筒结蜡,生产效果较差。为实现该井的正常生产,解决井筒结蜡难题,利用射流泵排量范围广、井下无运动部件,体积小,检泵作业简单、费用低等特点,进行了射流泵生产试验。采用反循环射流泵管柱,利用平台的水源井水粗处理后作为动力液,生产期间,动力液注入压力维持在10 MPa左右,油井生产稳定,产液量保持在5~10 m3/d,实现了低产液量下的正常生产。反循环射流泵举升技术在该井的成功应用,可为海上油田低产高含蜡井的开发提供一定的借鉴。
Abstract:
The development effect of Well P8 in Bohai Q Oilfield using the artificial lifting with electric submersible pump was poor due to the insufficient liquid supply caused by relatively low production rate of and wellbore waxing. In order to maintain the normal well production and prevent the wellbore from waxing, a pilot production test with jet pump was carried out because the jet pump is featured by a wide displacement range, no downhole moving part, small volume, simple pump inspection operation, low cost, etc. Anticirculation jut pump production string was adopted and driven by the water from the plate watersource well after rough treatment. The power fluid injection pressure was maintained around 10 MPa during the production period. The well shows a stable production with a liquid production of 5-10 m3/d, which realizes the normal production under low liquid production rate. The successful application of the anticirculation jut pump lifting technology in this well could provide certain reference for the offshore oilfield development with lowproduction and highwax wells.
