摘要:
对于套损严重、失去修复价值以及无法修复的井,报废前修井时无法捞净井下落物,使报废井不能彻底封堵射孔层段;报废井更新后,新井高压注入水可能从报废井未封堵层位上窜,再次诱发新井套损。为有效评价报废井报废质量,利用试井技术在更新井中进行同井垂向干扰试井,结合压降曲线形态获取报废井信息,定性判断同井场报废井中是否存在层间窜流。利用评价报废井封堵质量方法,进行9口井现场试验,验证无层间窜流井4口,存在层间窜流井5口,实现了定井、定层段层间窜流的准确判断。该方法可利用现有试井仪器,作业时无需改变管柱结构,对报废井报废质量进行准确评价,具有较强的实施性。
Abstract:
For wells with serious casing damage, loss of repair value and irreparable to repair, it is impossible to fish the falling objects out in the well before these wells are abandoned, which makes the abandoned wells unable to completely plug the perforated intervals. Therefore, after the renovation of abandoned wells, the highpressure injected water in new wells may run up from the unclosed layers of abandoned wells and induce casing damage of new wells again. To effectively evaluate the abandonment quality of abandoned wells, the vertical interference test was carried out in the renewal wells by using well testing technology, and the information of abandoned wells was obtained through the shape of pressure drop curve, so as to qualitatively judge whether there was interlayer channeling in abandoned wells in the same well site. This method of evaluating the plugging quality of abandoned wells was carried out in 9 wells. The results showed that there were 4 wells without interlayer channeling and 5 wells with interlayer channeling, which can judge the interlayer channeling in fixed the well and the intervals. This method can make use of the existing well testing instruments and accurately evaluate the abandonment quality of abandoned wells without changing the string structure during operation and has strong practicability.
