In ultradeep, ultrahigh temperature and highpressure oil and gas wells
with corrosive media, the success rate of application of completion packer was less than 90%. By summarizing the application of various packers
over the past years, it was concluded that the key factors affecting the success rate of completion packers were solidphase precipitation of
drilling mud, borehole trajectory, cementing accessories, bridge plug cuttings, and complex forces on completion string under extreme conditions
such as low pressure and low production, gaslift tunneling and so on. In view of the above factors, a complete well testing tracking evaluation
system was established in this paper, which included improving drilling fluid performance index, optimizing completion string structure, ensuring
wellbore fluency and cleanliness, and dynamically evaluating string safety. From 2018 to 2019, the application evaluation on 20 ultradeep, ultra
high temperature and highpressure oil and gas wells with corrosive medium shows that the success rate of application of completion packer has
increased by 5%. The results mean that the evaluation system can effectively reduce the failure rate of completion packer, improve the onetime
success rate of completion operation, and ensure wellbore integrity in the production process of oil and gas wells.
