摘要:

长裸眼段地层测试工艺中,为保障测试管柱在裸眼井段特定位置悬挂,实现分层测试,解决裸眼测试施

工工艺复杂、成功率低的问题,研制了裸眼选层锚,通过井口管柱操作使其扒紧井壁,实现测试管柱悬挂在裸眼井段特定位置。设计优选了与裸眼选层锚配合的测试工

具,形成裸眼选层锚单封隔器测试管柱与裸眼选层锚跨隔测试管柱,分别在JG22X井187000~214200 m与176000~179200 m两个裸眼井段进行应

用,管柱顺利入井,测试总有效时间143 min和86 min,均获得压力及相关地层参数。应用结果表明,裸眼选层锚现场操作简单方便,工作性能稳定可靠,形成的测试

工艺提高了裸眼中途测试成功率。

Abstract:

During the process of formation testing in long openhole section, in order

to ensure that the testing string was suspended at a specific position in the openhole section to realize layered testing, and solve the

problems of complex openhole testing technology and low success rate, an anchor for layer selection in openhole section was developed. Through

the operation of wellhead string, the anchor can be tightening to the wellbore wall, and then the test string can be suspended at a specific

position in the openhole section. In addition, the testing tools matching with anchor selection were also designed and optimized, and the single

packer test string and straddle testing string of layer selection anchor for openhole section were designed. This technology has been applied in

the openhole sections of 187000~214200 m and 176000~179200 m in well JG22X respectively. The tubing string has entered the well

smoothly. The total effective time of testing was 143 min and 86 min respectively. Pressure and related formation parameters can be obtained. The

application results showed that the openhole layer selection anchor was simple and convenient to operate on site, and its working performance

was stable and reliable. The new test technology improved the success rate of testing in drilling process in open hole.
