针对边底水气藏生产过程中井筒积液问题,为实现不动原井生产管柱直接排水采气,进行了小油管正循环注气排水采气新技术研究。采用在原井管柱中直接下入带正循环气举阀的小直径油管方法,实现不动原井管柱直接进行排水采气。对整体工艺技术实施方法进行设计优化,同时研制了新型排水采气工艺管柱及井口悬挂装置,研发了新型正循环小直径注气阀总成。地面注气排出井筒积液,实现气带水生产。塔里木油田英买X井实施排水采气技术后,日排水最高达120 m3,平均日产油82 m3、日产气53×104 m3,连续带水生产400 d。该工艺排液量大、排液效率高,经济效益良好,具有广阔的应用前景。

In order to solve the problem of wellbore fluid accumulation during the production of edge and bottom water gas reservoirs, a new technology of small tubing positive circulation gas injection and drainage gas production was studied to realize the direct drainage and gas recovery of production string in original wells. Small diameter tubing with positive circulation gas lift valve is directly inserted into the original well string to realize direct drainage and gas recovery without moving the original well string. The design and optimization of the overall process technology implementation method was carried out. At the same time, a new type of drainage gas production process pipe string and wellhead suspension device was developed, and a new positive circulation small diameter gas injection valve assembly was developed. Surface gas injection discharges accumulation wellbore fluid to realize gaswater production. After the implementation of drainage gas production technology in Yingmai X well of Tarim Oilfield, the daily drainage reaches 120 m3, the average daily oil production is 82 m3, the daily gas production is 53 ×104 m3, and the time of continuous water production is 400 days. The process has large discharge volume, high discharge efficiency, good economic benefits and broad application prospects.
