在不使用火工品情况下,为快速而经济地进行井筒封堵作业,利用测井电缆将膨胀式桥塞以过油管的方式放置到指定位置,根据地面指令,坐封工具完成坐封和丢手动作,将桥塞本体固定在指定井段,再在桥塞上部注入水泥浆,实现了非爆炸〖JP2〗膨胀式过油管桥塞封堵作业。经委内瑞拉东部油田FURRIAL区块FUL121井成功应用,较封堵作业前,增产原油3105 m3/d,〖JP〗增加了61%;水产量减少104 m3/d,降低了67%,达到了降水增油效果。该技术不使用火工品,安全系数高,具备较好的推广价值和应用前景。

In order to quickly and economically isolate the wellbore without using initiators, the inflatable bridge plugs in the specific position by means of well logging cable are placed according to the instructions from the ground and the setting tool completes setting and releasing operation to fix the bridge plug in the specific well section. Then, the cement slurry is injected into the upper bridge plug, which realizes plugging operation of nonexplosive inflatable thrutubing bridge plugs. The technology has been successfully applied to the Well FUL121 in the FURRIAL block in eastern Venezuela. Compared with the performance before plugging operation, the crude oil production was increased by 3105 m3/d with an increase rate of 61% and water production was reduced by 104 m3/d with a decrease rate of 67%. This well successfully achieved the effect of water decrease and oil increase. This technology does not use initiators, and is much safer than traditional operation, which makes it a better promotion value and a better application prospect.
