针对部分井采用不动管柱多层压裂,压后排液求产过程中出现井筒窜槽问题,从地质工程方面进行分析,利用压裂施工和排液求产过程中井下压力温度的变化,以及压后返排水性分析,判断压裂管内外窜槽情况。管内窜槽时,低温压裂液体进入井筒,导致井下压力急剧上升,温度急剧下降,压后排液求产过程中层内和监测压力同步反应;管外窜槽时,压裂液体从地层远端窜入,井下压力略上升、温度轻微下降,压后排液求产过程中监测压力会轻微波动;同时返排水性由于受到压裂液侵入影响,与测试水性相比会有明显变化。该方法简便可行,是压裂效果评价的有效技术手段。
Abstract:
In the process of multilayer fracturing with fixed string in some wells, channeling often occurs in the process of fluid production after fracturing. Based on the analysis of geology and engineering, the change of downhole pressure and temperature in the process of fracturing construction and production, as well as the analysis of backflow drainage after fracturing, can be used to determine the situation of channeling inside and outside the fracturing pipe. When channeling occurs in the pipe, the lowtemperature fracturing fluid enters the wellbore, resulting in a sharp rise in the downhole pressure and a sharp drop in temperature and  the production process of the fracturing fluid after fracturing, the fracturing layer and the monitoring pressure react synchronously; when the channeling occurs outside the pipe, the fracturing fluid enters from the far end of the formation, the downhole pressure rises slightly, the temperature drops slightly, and the monitoring pressure fluctuates slightly during the production process of the fracturing fluid after fracturing; at the same time, due to the influence of fracturing fluid invasion, the backflow fluid property will change significantly compared with the test water property. This method is simple and feasible, and it is an effective technical means for fracturing effect evaluation
