摘要:
油井大规模压裂后,在大斜度井及水平井压后排液求产过程中,为及时掌握水力泵求产流压,需定期反洗泵芯回放压力,但会导致泵芯入座困难,影响连续求产。通过研究水力泵工作原理,建立水力泵泵芯压力理论计算公式,利用地面泵压、排量及产量实时预测泵芯压力;统计分析以往异常井资料,利用预测泵芯压力、实际泵芯压力,以及管柱监测压力三者数据对比,形成了水力泵求产流压诊断方法。该方法可及时排除水力泵异常情况,科学合理调整泵排参数,提高水力泵排液求产效率,为试油提质增效提供技术保障。
Abstract:
 In fluid production of wells after largescale fracturing of highly deviated wells and horizontal wells, it is necessary to backwash the pump core regularly to play back the pressure in order to master the flow pressure of hydraulic pump for production in time. However, it will lead to the difficulty of pump core seating when resending the pump core and influence the production. By studying the working principle of the hydraulic pump, the calculation formula of the core pressure theory of the hydraulic pump is established in this paper, which uses the surface pump pressure, displacement and output to predict the pump core pressure in real time. Based on the statistical analysis of the abnormal data of wells in the past, comparing the predicted pump core pressure, the actual pump core pressure and the string monitoring pressure, the diagnosis method of flow pressure using hydraulic pump for production is formed. This method can eliminate the abnormal situation of hydraulic pump in time, adjust the pump discharge parameters scientifically and reasonably, improve the efficiency of hydraulic pump discharge for production, and provide technical support for improving the quality and efficiency of oil testing.
