 过环空测调控一体化分层配产技术环空下入仪器,进行井下分层数据录取及分层产液量调整,在测试过程中,易出现仪器遇卡、配产器调节困难、测量仪器测量不准等问题,影响采出井数据监测和分层配产效果。从环空测试特点、分层配产仪器和配产工具等出发,通过优化仪器结构、减少配产器开启力、提高标定频率等几个方面的改进,降低了配产器调节扭矩,增加了仪器在环空中的通过能力,减少了遇阻风险。经现场测试185井次,成功率从65%提高到94%,日均增油03 t。该项技术的改进大幅度提高了测试成功率,为油田高含水后期采出井合理控制及剩余油深度挖潜提供技术保障。
Abstract:
 Using the annular test, adjusting and controlling integrated layered production allocation technology, the instrument through annulus can record the downhole layered data and adjust the layered liquid production. During the testing process, problems such as tool sticking, allocation device adjusting difficult and inaccurate measurement of measuring instruments are easy to occur, which affects the data monitoring and layered production allocation effect of production wells. By optimizing the instrument structure, reducing the opening force of the production allocation device and increasing the calibration frequency from the views of characteristics of annulus test, layered production allocation instruments and production allocation tools, the adjustment torque of the production allocation device is reduced and the passing capacity of the instrument in the annulus is increased to reduce the risk of resistance. After 185 welltimes field testing, the success rate of this technology increased from 65% to 94%, and the daily average oil increment is 03 t. The improvement of this technology greatly improves the test success rate, and provides technical guarantee for reasonable control of produced wells and deep tapping of remaining oil in the later stage of high water cut.
