为解决KL130-105型压裂井口试压检验密封性的安全生产难题,利用浮动活塞技术,研制了BH-Y341套管堵塞器,配套了悬挂密封装置和连接管等工具,提出试压工艺流程,形成KL130-105型压裂井口试压工艺技术。室内测试试验表明,BH-Y341套管堵塞器可承受90 MPa压力,完全满足现场施工需求。现场先后在NG36-20等五口井进一步试验检验,满足70 MPa的试压需求。通过密封性检测能够及时发现漏点,避免压裂过程中刺漏情况的出现,杜绝了由此带来的严重井控风险和环境污染风险,具有广阔的应用前景。

In order to solve the safety production problem of KL130105 fractured wellhead pressure test and sealing test, BHY341 casing plug was developed by using floating piston technology, which was equipped with hanging sealing device and connecting pipe and other tools. The pressure test process was put forward and the pressure test technology of KL130105 fractured wellhead was formed. Laboratory tests show that the BHY341 casing plug can withstand 90 MPa pressure, which fully meets the requirements of field construction. Further tests have been carried out in five wells, including Well NG3620, to meet the pressure test requirements of 70 MPa. Leakage points can be found in time through sealing test, avoiding the occurrence of leakage in fracturing process and eliminating the resulting serious well control risks and environmental pollution risks, which has broad application prospects.
