川西中浅层致密砂岩储层改造工艺中压裂液体系主要采用瓜胶有机硼交联体系,该体系存在配液过程相对复杂、破胶液无害化处理难度大、防膨及返排效果差、容易对地层产生二次污染等问题。为了简化施工工序、强化环境保护,针对自悬浮支撑剂能够较长时间悬浮于清水中实现清水携砂的特性,根据川西地区实际情况,确定清水压裂液配方为10%氯化钾+05%增效剂,完成了自悬浮支撑剂及其悬浮性能测试,优化了压裂主体工艺参数,确定在砂比低于15%时采用基液进行携砂,砂比大于等于15%时采用活性水携砂,最终形成了川西地区自悬浮支撑剂加砂压裂技术。在HP13-2井进行了先导试验,结果表明,该技术与常规压裂技术相比,具有自悬浮支撑剂在水中易膨胀悬浮、携砂效果好、破胶后残渣少、活性水防膨及返排效果好、现场施工工艺简单的优点,可以在致密气及页岩气的开发中逐步推广。
Abstract:
To stimulate the medium–shallow tight sandstone reservoirs in Western Sichuan, the guar gum + organic boron crosslinking fracturing fluid system is usually adopted. This system is characterized by complicated fluid preparation, high cost, difficulties in harmless disposal of gelbreaking fluid, poor performance in expansion prevention and flowing back, together with secondary pollution to formations. Considering that the selfsuspending proppant can suspend in freshwater for a long time to achieve sandcarrying by freshwater, lab test was conducted on water samples taken from Western Sichuan to assess the suspension performance of the proppant, simplify the operational procedure and enforce the environment protection. In the test, the freshwater fracturing fluid composed of 10% potassium chloride +05% synergist was used. After optimization of fluid formula and fracturing parameters, it was determined that base solution was used to carry sand when the sand proportion was below 15%, and active water was used to carry sand when the sand proportion was above 15%. Pilot tests were conducted successfully in Well HP13-2. The results show that the selfsuspending fracturing fluid system has better sandcarrying capacity, fewer residues after gelbreaking and better expansion prevention and flowing back performance than conventional fracturing fluids. This system is worth of extensive promotion in tight gas and shale gas reservoir.
