摘要:
为测定气举生产过程中气举阀波纹管承载率和最大有效阀杆行程,按照API标准,围绕探针测距、压力控制、数据采集,开展工艺流程设计、设备选型、核心部件设计、加工制造、组装调试和试验标定,设计研制了TZCJ型气举阀探针测距试验装置。采用LVDT位移传感器测量阀杆行程,位移精度达到±002 mm;采用ER3000SI-1压力控制器与空压负载式26-20调节器组合对压力进行控制,压力精度达到±01 MPa;采集频率可达1次/s,能确保压力、位移数据采集的同步性和连续性。选取一支充气压力为34 MPa、阀座孔径32 mm的KFT-254气举阀作为测试对象进行分析。结果表明,该装置具备了测定波纹管承载率和最大有效阀杆行程的能力,实现了对阀杆行程的连续测量,位移精度高于API标准要求,有助于提高气举管柱设计精度、预测气举阀井下工况。
Abstract:
In order to determine the bearing rate of gas lift valve bellows and the maximum effective stroke of the valve stem during the production process of gas lift, this paper has carried out the design of technological process, the selection of the equipment model, the design, manufacture and assembly of the core components, as well as the calibration of the instrument accuracy based on the DOI (Depth of Investigation) of probe, pressure control, and data acquisition, finally developed a testing device for probe DOI of gas lift valve (TZCJ model). In addition, the valve stem stroke measurement can be measured by LVDT displacement sensor, and its displacement accuracy can reach ±002 mm; while the pressure control adopts ER3000SI-1 pressure controller and air pressure load type 26-20 regulator group to obtain, and the pressure accuracy is ±01 MPa. Their acquisition frequency is 1/s, so as to ensure the synchronization and continuity of pressure and displacement data acquisition. In order to verify the effectiveness of the test device, a KFT-254 gas lift valve with an inflation pressure of 34 MPa and a seat diameter of 32 mm was selected as the test object. The results show that the device can obtain the bearing rate of bellows and the maximum effective stroke of valve stem, achieves a continuous measurement of the valve stem stroke. More importantly, the measurement accuracy of the displacement is higher than the API standard, which helps to improve the design accuracy of the gas lift string and predict the downhole working condition of the gas lift valve.
