摘要:

针对井内管柱安全性和密封性、高产气井地面放喷风险等难题,根据孟加拉国Titas气田测试工具现场试验情况及其高产气井测试特点,统

计分析近年孟加拉国测试工艺特点及地层测试资料,研制现场测试工具试验设备,优化DST测试工具及井下管柱结构,改进测试制度及地面放喷流程等,形成孟加拉国

Titas气田高产井测试技术。现场采用APR测试管柱,用RDS阀、RD阀、LPRN阀取代OMNI阀、伸缩接头及RD取样器;采用“一开一关”工作制度;地面采用“立式+卧式

”地面流程放喷燃烧方式。自2016年至2017年,共完成孟加拉Titas气田4口井13井次测试施工,测试工艺一次成功率达100%,测试卡片合格率100%,取得了良好经济效

益。此项针对孟加拉国Titas气田的高产井测试技术降低了井内管柱安全风险,提高了工艺成功率,为孟加拉油气田及其它海外市场积累了测试成功经验。

Abstract:

There are some testing problems in Bangladesh Titas gas field, such as field test of testing tools, safety and

sealing of string in the well, and risk of blowout on the surface of highyield gas well. To solve these problems, we analyzed the testing

process characteristics and formation testing data in Bangladesh in recent years, developed the field testing tools and testing equipment,

optimized the DST testing tools and downhole string structure, and improved the testing system and ground blowout process, etc. APR test string is

adopted on site, RDS valve, RD valve and LPRN valve are used to replace OMNI valve, expansion joint and RD sampler. The one opening one

closing working system is adopted. Two ground process blowout combustion modes of "vertical + horizontal" are adopted on the ground. 13 testing of

4 wells in Bangladesh Titas gas field have been carried out from 2016 to 2017. The success rates of the test process and the test card are 100%.

Good economic benefits have been achieved. This technology reduces the risk of in well string safety, improves the success rate of the process,

and accumulates successful test experience for Bangladeshi oil and gas field and other overseas markets.
