大庆油田深层气井大型压裂后,试气产出天然气为非均匀混合物,携有大量碎屑、支撑剂及泥砂等,影响天然气产量,且对后续流程的仪表和设备

造成严重损坏。研制的全自动排砂双筒捕砂器,通过控制系统监测捕砂器压差传感器传递的压差信号,超过阈值启动排砂阀,进行反向吹扫至集砂箱内,自动排出捕砂筒内的

砂砾。该装置在XS9井、WSP1井等现场应用,能够有效过滤返排及试气流程中的大粒径砂砾,有效保护流程中仪表和设备,实现精准计量,延长仪表和设备的使用寿命,

提高设备的安全性和高效性。全自动排砂双筒捕砂器在深层气井的应用,为完善试气地面流程提供有效的技术支撑。

Abstract:
 

After largescale fracturing of deep gas wells in Daqing Oilfield, the natural gas produced during the gas test was a heterogeneous mixture,

carrying a large amount of debris, proppant and mud sand, etc., which affects the natural gas production and causes serious damage to the instruments

and equipment during the subsequent process. A fully automatic sanddischarging doublecylinder sand catcher which monitors the differential

pressure signal 〖JP〗transmitted by the differential pressure sensor of the sand catcher through the control system is developed. When the differential

pressure exceeds the threshold value, it starts the sand discharging valve and carries out reverse purging to the sand collecting box, so as to

automatically discharge the gravel in the sand catcher. The device has been applied in Well XS9 and Well WSP1, which has proved that the device

can effectively filter the largesize gravel in the flowback and gas production process to protect the instruments and equipment, realize accurate

measurement, extend the service life of instruments and equipment and improve the safety and efficiency of equipment. The application of the automatic

sanddischarging doublecylinder sand catcher in deep gas wells provides effective technical support for improving the surface process of gas testing.
