摘要:

为实现压力数据的实时传输和井下开关的灵活控制,采用油管将封隔器、井下开关和压力计与工具一起下入目的层段,用电缆将井下每层

开关和压力计连接到一起,并与地面仪器连接,形成了新型电缆控制分层测试技术。该技术设计了压力平衡开关和防砂卡管柱,通过电缆对井下开关发送指令,压力计

数据可在地面仪器上观察和记录。每一支开关和温度压力仪器都设置了独立的地址,一次下井最多可以完成16段测试。新型电缆控制分层测试能够测量各层段地层压力

和温度,求取各层段渗流参数,计算合采时各层产液量,为油井提供合适的生产压差。该技术具有开关操作方便、压力温度数据直读等优势,是测试技术的发展方向。

Abstract:

In order to realize the realtime transmission of pressure data and the flexible control of the downhole

switch, the packer, a new cable control layered test technology is developed by transmitting packer, the downhole switch and the pressure gauge

with the tools by tubing and connecting the switch and the pressure gauge of each layer by cable, which is connected with surface instruments. A

pressure balance switch and a sand control stuck string are designed for this technology. It sends commands to the downhole switch by the cable.

The pressure data can be observed and recorded on the ground instrument. Switch and temperature and pressure instrument of each layer are set up

with a separate address, and up to 16 tests can be completed in one downhole. The new cable control stratification test can measure the formation

pressure and temperature, and obtain the seepage parameters of each interval, calculate the liquid production volume of each layer during the

combined mining of each interval. It provides the proper production pressure difference for the oil well. The technology has the advantages of

convenient switch operation, direct reading of pressure and temperature data. It is the development direction of test technology.
