摘要:
塔里木油田克深22K井油管柱断裂,生产套管渗漏,井完整性失效。利用连续油管井口剪切闸板剪断连续油管,关闭采气井口主阀。打捞连续油管时,利用连续油管车,安装配套井口防喷装置,采用定制打捞工具进行常规打捞多次失败。在充分压井后,研制的连续油管井口高压密封悬挂装置在打捞作业过程中确保井口可控,高钢级捞筒卡瓦有效抓牢钢级QT1300的连续油管落鱼,采用水泥凝结卡、穿心打捞、悬吊解卡等独特方式成功打捞出连续油管落鱼。克深22K井打捞连续油管的成功为超深高温高压气井打捞连续油管提供了可借鉴的经验。
Abstract:
Tubing string of Well Keshen 22k in Tarim Oilfield is fractured, the production casing is leaking, and the well integrity is invalid. The coiled tubing wellhead shear ram is used to cut the coiled tubing and close the main valve at the gas production wellhead. When the coiled tubing truck is used to fish coiled tubing, the matching wellhead blowout preventer is installed, but the customized fishing tool fails many times with conventional fishing. After well killing, the developed coiled tubing wellhead highpressure sealing suspension device ensures the wellhead is controllable during fishing operation, and the highgrade fishing barrel slip effectively grasps the coiled tubing fish with the steel grade of QT1300, and uses unique methods such as cement setting stuck, through drill pipe fishing technique and suspension releasing stuck method to successfully fish out the coiled tubing. The success of fishing coiled tubing in Well Keshen 22k provides reference experience for ultradeep HTHP gas wells.
