In Sinopec Argentina area of San Jorge Basin, the stronger the stimulation
intensity of the operated wells, the worse the fracturing effect. Aiming at the dynamic producing performance after fracturing, through the
characteristic comparison of typical wells, the key factors causing the abnormal performance are revealed combining with the distribution
characteristics of the reservoir, the influence of tuff, the insitu stress state, and the study on the expansion law of hydraulic fractures. 〖BP
(〗Compare characteristic parameters of typical wells in the working area, and discuss the main controlling factors of abnormal reservoir
transformation characteristics. Staring from fracture scale, working fluid system, pump injecting parameters, etc., implement targeted stimulation
optimization.〖BP)〗Based on which the stimulation optimization has been performed from fracture scale, working fluid system and pump injection
parameters, etc. The practice proves that the lowintensity stimulation process has a higher success rate, which is nearly 10% higher than medium
intensity stimulation. Within one year after fracturing, the average singlewell daily oil production is 30 m3 higher, which is a significant
increase in production. Aiming at the characteristics of the working area, the modified plan with smallscale and lowintensity sand addition improves
the success rate and efficiency of hydraulic fracturing operations, providing a new technical idea for tapping the potential of the next process.
