摘要:
大斜度井或水平井在处理卡钻复杂情况时,需要在电缆测井作业过程中过提和旋转钻具,易出现电缆磨损、打扭,以及井口密封不严等情况。插入式电缆注脂密封装置利用防喷器注脂密封原理,以及电缆过顶驱不走旁通的方式,解决了大斜度井电缆的走向和井口密封问题。南海西部WZ114NXX井钻井过程中钻具遇卡,顶驱鹅颈管维修口安装插入式电缆注脂密封装置,实现了动态密封,满足钻井平台处理复杂情况时的井控要求。该装置适用于海上钻井平台大斜度井或水平井工程作业,具有很好的推广价值。
Abstract:
 When dealing with the complex sticking situation in the highly deviated wells or horizontal wells, it is necessary to overlift and rotate the drilling tool during the wireline logging operation, which is prone to cable wear, cable twisting and lax wellhead sealing. The plugin greaseinjection cable sealing device solves the problems of cable direction and wellhead sealing of the highly deviated wells by the grease injection sealing principle of blowout preventer (BOP) and the way that the cable passes through the top drive without bypass. The plugin greaseinjection cable sealing device installing at the top drive gooseneck maintenance port achieved dynamic sealing and met the well control requirements when the drilling tool of well WZ114NXX in the western of the South China Sea was stuck. The device is suitable for engineering operation of highly deviated wells or horizontal wells on offshore drilling platform and has good popularization value.
