摘要:

井下作业使用的电缆桥塞坐封方式基本为火药引爆坐封。火药燃烧不稳定、燃烧过快等因素易造成坐封

事故。在已有电缆桥塞研究基础上,重新设计工具结构,研制了一种新型电动液压坐封桥塞。采用此桥塞形成的坐封方式利用电缆连接坐封工具和桥塞下入井内,电机

通电后推动液压油向下部桥塞运移,桥塞坐封机构处压力不断增加,最后坐封、丢手,同时对井下施工压力进行实时监测。桥塞坐封成功后,立即停止供电。X65和P67

两口井现场试验证明,电缆输送式电动液压坐封桥塞技术坐封时间短,可靠性强,解决了运输雷管炸药等敏感材料和传统桥塞中途坐封问题,适合在深层气井中使用。

Abstract:

Gunpowder firing is generally used in the downhole operation of wireline

bridge setting. The unstable and rapid gunpowder combustion is easy to cause downhole accident. Based on the available wireline bridge, a new

electrohydraulic bridge was developed by redesigning the tool structure. The wireline is used to connect the setting tool and the bridge into

the wellbore. The hydraulic oil is pushed to the lower bridge by the motor after energizing. The pressure of bridge setting tool is increased to

achieve bridge setting and releasing. At the same time, the downhole operation pressure is monitored in real time. The power supply is stopped

immediately after the bridge setting. Field application in the Well X65 and Well X67 indicates that this wireline electrohydraulic bridge

setting technology shows high efficiency and reliability, which avoids the problems of sensitive material transportation such as detonator and

explosive and the problems of conventional bridge setting in advance. This technology is applicable in deep gas wells.
